The rates are quoted in US dollars.
We currently only accept payments via Paypal.
We offer three types of discounts: student, referral, and loyalty discounts.
- If you are a student (any level) who require our services for academic purposes, we will offer you a 25% discount on the rates of all services except manuscript evaluation.
- If you are a new client who has been referred by an existing client, we will offer a 10% discount on the rates of all services except manuscript evaluation.
- For existing clients, we will offer a 10% loyalty discount on the rates of all services except manuscript evaluation as a token of our appreciation for your continued support.
- We will offer you a quotation stating the cost and turnaround time after assessing your requirements.
- If you decline our quotation, the process ends.
- If you accept our quotation, we will invoice you for half the amount in the stated quotation through Paypal.
- Our staff will commence work once we receive the first half payment.
- When we have completed the request, we will send you approximately 10% of the work as proof of completion and send you a second invoice for the balance.
- Once we receive the balance, we will release the completed work to you.
For our manuscript evaluation service, we will inform you the turnaround time. If the turnaround time is acceptable, we will invoice you the full amount and work will commence after we receive payment.
For our writing consultation service, we will first discuss a mutually agreeable date and time. We will then invoice you the amount and the consultation will commence on the agreed date and time.
Upon full payment, copyright of the final version of the edited and produced works will belong to you.
